Ultrabrightlights.com automatically displays shipping options when you go through checkout. We charge flat rates per order. If you have 1 item or 5 items the shipping will be the same. If FREE SHIPPING is available then no charges will apply unless special service is requested.

• All items are IN STOCK and shipped within 24 hours. If your order is recieve before 3pm, it will be shipped the same day.
• We normally use USPS or DHL as our shipping couriers.
• We are able to ship to PO BOX addresses. Additional information might be required. 
• Please note Holidays and Weekends might delay your shipment.
• Tracking information provided upon request.
  • NOTE* Your tracking number is provided immediately upon shipment. However, depending on your ship method, it may be between 24-48 hours(while the package is In Transit) before the carrier shows the tracking information in their system.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship World Wide. Internation shipping is an additional $20. If expedited international shipping is required please contact us for a quote as additional charges will apply.

I recieved my order - but there is a problem

Most of our products are shipped from a central warehouse and go through quality control to limit the amount of defective parts. If you do happen to have any of the following problems please contact us immediately.

• If you recieved the wrong product.
• If you recieved a product with missing parts.
• If the product is damaged or not working properly.
• If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
